How do I book a service?
Use the booking form on our website or call us at 03-111-785-785. Tell us what you need, when you want it done, and your location. We'll confirm your booking and send worker details.
How quickly can someone come?
Usually within 24 hours for regular bookings. Emergency services can be arranged the same day. Call us to check availability for your specific timeframe.
Can I schedule for a specific time?
Yes. That's the whole point. You tell us when works for you, and we book your appointment for that time. No vague "morning" or "afternoon" windows.
What if I need to reschedule?
Call us as soon as possible. We'll arrange a new time that works for you. Try to give us at least 3-4 hours notice if you can.

Pricing & Payment

How much will it cost?
The worker inspects your job and gives you a quote before starting. You approve or decline. No surprises. Check our pricing page for general ranges for different services.
Are there hidden charges?
No. The quote covers labor and estimated materials. If something unexpected comes up during work, the worker tells you before proceeding. You're never charged for things you didn't approve.
When do I pay?
After the job is completed. You pay the worker directly in cash, bank transfer, or mobile wallet (JazzCash/Easypaisa).
What about materials - who buys them?
Your choice. Either you buy the materials yourself, or the worker can get them (you pay the actual cost with receipts). Discuss this during the initial assessment.

Safety & Quality

Are your workers verified?
Yes. Every worker goes through background checks with local authorities and NADRA verification. We also check their skills and references. Your safety is non-negotiable.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Call us immediately. We'll send the worker back to fix issues or arrange someone else if needed. We want you satisfied with the work.
Do workers bring their own tools?
Yes. Our professionals come with proper tools and equipment. You don't need to provide anything except access to your home and information about the problem.
What if something gets damaged during work?
Report it to us right away. We'll work with you to resolve the issue fairly. Good workers take care, but accidents can happen - we take responsibility.

Can you handle emergency repairs?
Yes. Call us and mention it's an emergency. We'll prioritize your booking and get someone to you as quickly as possible. Available for urgent electrical, plumbing, and AC issues.
Do you do commercial work or just residential?
Both. While most of our work is residential, we also handle commercial properties, offices, and retail spaces. Call to discuss your specific needs.
How long does fumigation treatment last?
Typically 3-6 months for general pest control. Termite treatment lasts longer. Regular treatments keep your home pest-free. Our technician will recommend a schedule based on your situation.
Can I book multiple services at once?
Absolutely. Need an electrician and a plumber? Tell us. We'll coordinate both visits. Easier for you, more efficient for everyone.
